RELIVE THE 2018 SUPERCARS TRANSPORTER PARADE THROUGH LAUNCESTON

Looking back at when the Supercars convoy rolled through the outskirts of Launceston three years ago.

Unfortunately, there’s no Repco Supercars Championship transporter parade through Launceston this week in the lead-up to the 2021 Beaurepairs Tasmania SuperSprint.

However, we dug through the archives to find some footage of the 2018 truck parade through the northern Tasmanian city thanks to local motorsport transporter spotter, Jamie Macrow.

This footage shows just how much changes in the Supercars world in the space of a couple of years, with the merry-go-round of different truck manufacturers and sponsors seeing only Shell V-Power Racing team running the same truck manufacturer and major sponsor in 2021.
